My wife and I were the worst wedding planners in the world - but clearly we knew how to choose a DJ & entertainment group.

I had met Mark a few years prior to the wedding this past August, and seen him DJ at a couple of clubs. I knew that his talent and professionalism rated A+, but could never have known in advance how well this would translate into the very different world of wedding entertainment. In a word: Perfectly.

Mark is that rare combination of consummate professional and all around good guy. He took the time to get to know us, our wedding vision, our family set up, and our music. That he didn't veto my Billy Squier and Journey-heavy playlist out of hand is a testament to his client focused philosophy!! He also worked with the venue and our families to get things just right.

In the event, he merged our eccentric semi-traditional ceremonial music needs, our first dance, and our "parents music" requests into what built into the most fantastic dance party we had ever attended. Luckily for all, he used our itunes playlists only as a "guide" while keeping the party going with an awesome mix! We are still getting rave reviews of Mark & Big Beat Dj Productions from our guests, and are still thanking them for making our night so special.
